You should never change money in the airport unless you know for a fact that the exchange rate is cheaper elsewhere. It really is a complete and utter rip off.
As a seasoned traveler, it is never a good idea to travel with flip flops as they hurt the feet and are not made from traveling
Lastly, although I often try street food! [it is soooo scumptious] after reading a story in a Chilean newspaper of vendors selling dog meat instead of cow/pig made me really question whether or not street food is a smart choice. Yes you want to "eat local" but you also don't want to get food poisoning!

nope. In Argentina, they changed the rules and now Canadians have to purcahse a VISA before they go on their trip online. Submit info, pay and print out the sheet to present to border officials.
