I love stories that challenge my perception of a destination. Glad you enjoyed.
Thanks for the feedback Sonja.
Hi Sonja. Just saw your note. Thanks for the kind words. I highly recommend visiting Toronto. I was only there briefly and look forward to returning.
Sonja, what a powerful video! Thank you for sharing. And hey, if you ever head down there again, definitely hit up Hachiko. Just be sure there are no protests planned that night.
Thanks so much Paige!
Ha! Thanks Paige.
Love this. "Awful" cities are usually cheap and less crowded than their "better" counterparts.
I'm officially hungry!
I'm so glad you enjoyed. It was a travel highlight I will never forget. That city is downright magical.
Thanks Matthew. I had the same reaction! I nearly fell out of my chair when I tried my first South American porter. It was delicious.
Love this story. I just interviewed Olivia for an assignment. She's a very interesting and intelligent photgrapher.
Wasn't it fun?
The window seat maps are my favorite.
I've read a few articles of late about the potential downside of volunteer projects. I have to say, they've changed my perspective. I ignorantly figured volunteering abroad would be a great idea. Now I see it's much more than "build a house, change the world."
