It does make for an interesting read and paid with some of the post-tbex discussions being very much on the subject of how travel blogging can move forward as a business; it really makes me wonder if travel blogging can ever move away from 'personality writing' to 'credible resources', or even if it should at all.
As mentioned in the post, if each blogger turns to make their site into a business, aren't they entitled to generate an income in the very same way those publishers in the industry already do?
Really glad to see this getting shared and appreciate the tweets it's been getting, but not for whatever questionable benefit we might be seeing, but for the incredibly important message that Chris, the RIGHT Tourism team, and so many other fantastic animal rights workers have been trying to communicate.
Just wanted to say that I've only just had a spare five minutes to scan over this, but seeing the discussion taking place is really enthusing for me as I personally try to understand where I'm taking my writing from today to next year.
