Why you should love Korean food!

Why should you love Korean food?I don’t live in Korea anymore and in so many ways, it’s great to be home in the land of the bigger portions – I mean free! The food here in Durham is pretty awesome and the beer scene is pretty top-notch too. Thankfully, they’re intermixed through the thriving and growing numbers of food trucks that are always waiting outside my favorite watering hole or coffee shop.
