While other industries hit by technological change are in steep decline, the travel booking business is doing remarkably well, with more travel agents than McDonald's restaurants in Australia.In an age where just about everything can be found and bought online, why do bricks and mortar travel agents still exist? Eight in every 10 people that get on an aeroplane leaving this country are still booked through a travel agent.
