The walk of a lifetime - on a glacier On hot summer days with soaring temperatures, the mind inevitably begins to conjure up images and hallucinate about snow-clad peaks, cold mountain air and snuggling in front of a bonfire. Today, it brought to mind a recent trip to Canada, near-freezing temperatures and walking on a glacier.
