Volunteering in Nepal- with short and panoramic trek

On the 25th April 2015 at 11:56 am (NPT) an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.8 hit Nepal. Its epicenter was Barpak in the Gorkha district with the hypocentre approximately 15km in depth. This devastating earthquake resulted in the death of 9,000 people, a further 13,000 people were injured and a total of 8 million people have been affected by this disaster. This is the worst natural disaster to strike Nepal since the 1934 Nepal-Bihar earthquake.
