Jennifer Peedom's documentary film, Sherpa, moves the camera away from the usual heroic Western mountaineers to those who do most of the grunt work - and take most of the risk - the sherpas. In the last few years sherpas have begun to demand better pay and conditions. And then in 2014, disaster struck, killing 16 people.
