The problem with foreign toilets…

I am one of those annoying people that cannot wait if I have to go to the loo. It is not a recent thing – it’s been the same as long as I can remember, although I first became aware of it in the window seat of a flight from London to New York with a very large and loud American forming a human barrier between me and the toilet.
