Thai Long-Tail Boat

Long-tail Boat in Thailand Tonsai, Thailand Southern Thailand is famous for its wooden long-tail boats, also called Ruea Hang Yao. These incredible contraptions are powered by loud automobile engines mounted on a rotating turret in back. The engine drives a propeller at the end of a long pole (tail), which is used to both steer and power the craft.
