You must maintain a healthy diet for the rest of your life. Cake, ice cream, and pizza can still be enjoyed; just try not to eat them too frequently. Drink water or milk instead of cola. After school, go for fruit, vegetables, low-fat popcorn (avoid using too much butter), pretzels, or popcorn instead of cookies.
