The "no-pants subway ride" brought out half-naked exhibitionists from New York to L.A. to Kiev. Sunday marked the 13th No Pants Subway Ride, an annual event put together by New York City's Improv Everywhere group. The event began in NYC — a city that offers a plethora of beautiful male riders — with a handful of participants baring their ass in the middle of winter.
