Paris climate conflab pressures airline industry to clean up

The Paris climate summit has drawn more than 40,000 delegates and journalists to France’s largest city, and most of them are flying in from other countries and continents.That’s a lot of airplanes burning through a tremendous volume of carbon-emitting jet fuel. The irony is as thick as the contrails crisscrossing Parisian skies.
