New York Travel Fest

I've only just spotted the New York Travel Fest notice at the top of the page. I'm wondering what is being put in place to 'livestream' the two workshops on digital ethics and cultural representation in travel writing. Will it be possible to run a Google Hangout or similar in order to take online questions in real time?
