Myanmar stops tourists from scaling ancient temples

Tourists and local pilgrims are not permitted to climb the temples in Bagan, Myanmar starting March 1 BAGAN BAN. Foreign tourists view the sunrise at an ancient pagoda in Bagan, Myanmar. According to media reports, the government of Myanmar announced on February 23, 2016 that tourists are banned from climbing the temples.
