La Morra (off the beaten path)

Perched on a hill top in La Morra is a tree. Not just any tree… But a fantastic, grandiose Cedar of Lebanon Tree that was planted in 1856 by a recently married couple to signify the strong bond between them both as well as their love for the land. Over 150 years later the tree continues to stand tall and proud, dominating the panorama and bringing great joy to all those who visit it.
