It's been eight years since I was in Istanbul and I found a lot has changed; yet some things remained the same. The streets are still narrow, twisting and steep and the city maintains its allure, mystery and charm. Istanbul is a bustling city 24/7 and makes the Big Apple look like it fell off the tree.
