In Peru, The Biggest Bridge Starts from the Smallest Thread
A few months ago, my good friend Washi sent me a video about the yearly ritual of building the Bridge at Q’eswachaka. This bridge has been built, every year since the time of the Incas, by the local people of 2 neighboring communities. What most amazed me about the bridge is that it is made from Q’oya grass.
