First impressions in Finland

As you will know from an earlier blog post, I recently visited Helsinki on behalf of American Express, on a mission to find examples of great customer service. Thankfully, I didn’t have to wait long. I arrived at Helsinki Airport late at night, not having been to Finland before, and needed to get into the city centre.
