Dream Downtown

You can't escape the circles in this place. They follow you from room to room. In the shower, by your desk and on the ceilings. They make for a strong design statement.  But I suspect what really draws people to Dream Downtown is the party atmosphere. This youthful hotel runs on Red Bull and cocktails.
