Current and proposed railways of Southeast Asia

A detailed map of what Southeast Asia would look like if every proposed railway was built. Some of the proposals seem far-fetched, yet some projects are currently under construction that will transform the region. For example a 400+km railway connecting China to Thailand is being built now through Laos.
