Copenhagen weekend breaks: Great food at the Danish capital

I was delighted to be visiting Copenhagen when the Little Mermaid turned 100. Not just for the celebrations, but because it made my pending half-century seem young.Yet the real reason for my Scandinavian sojourn was to sniff out the Copenhagen Cooking Nordic Food Festival. It's quite a mouthful to say, and fortunately there were more than a few mouthfuls of exceptional cuisine to enjoy.
