Clermont Ferrand Cevennol Railway The Clermont Ferrand (or Cevennol) Railway is a long distance, scenic rail route in the South of France that can be enjoyed either as a regular SNCF service, as a tourist train, or as a combination of the two. The full length of the journey is around 5 hours, between Nimes in Provence and the town of Clermont Ferrand in the central Auvergne region.
