Cecil during wartime

To add to the very important readings and discussions around hunting and wildlife conservation.  I just received this piece via the New Yorker - it is a very thoughtful piece that goes, to my mind, to the heart of the conservation/hunting conundrum. It introduces dimensions of economic power and political power.  These aren't necessarily discussed in some articles which see the issue as in many ways a 'technical' one - for example management as if all roles are equal.
