Arriving in Yangon, Myanmar....What to know

Myanmar (Burma) is an ever growing travel destination.  When traveling to Myanmar, the most people will be arriving in Yangon.  It’s the former capital city of Burma and is formerly known as Rangoon.  Make sure to bring crisp USD bills if you would like to pay in US currency.  Most hotels and travel agents would give you better rates if you pay in USD but you can get by paying in the local currency, Baht.
