Announces Financing of Parkside Vista Apartments, 240 Luxury Apartment

Eduard de Guardiola founder of Vista announces financing of its newest community in the metro Atlanta area. The project was funded with a $18.45 Million construction loan from Regions Bank and $2.25 Million mezzanine loan by Merrill Lynch Capital. Located just north of the intersection of Buford Highway and I-285, Parkside Vista Apartments is the second multi-family component of Global Forum, Gwinnett County’s first mixed-use development, which also includes Copper Leaf Townhomes and Global Forum Shopping Center.
