African Storytelling Traditions

Africans, like other past and present peoples around the world who are founded in oral cultures and traditions, have long admired good stories and storytellers. Although there are ancient writing traditions on the African continent, most Africans now, as in the past, are largely oral peoples with oral rather than textual art forms. African Storytelling Traditions are most famous in Africa and those traditions are really entertaining.
