About Athena Pettit

Athena Pettit is an NCSF Certified Personal trainer and owner of FLEX Studios. Originally from Alaska, Athena is known for her work with professional basket ballers and athletes from some of the US’s competitive sports competitions including FIBA Americas League. Since early childhood, Athena was an agile athlete and used to ace most of the school competitions. By the time, she graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2004; her interest in fitness had already become a passion.
