A taste of Russian cuisine

(After three weeks of travel and two subsequent weeks of being sick, I am back and here is my long overdue first blog post on Russian cuisine) I was recently told that I should write more about Russian cuisine, so here goes – and I’m sure it will be a continual effort as I learn more on the subject.
